ROOM INFORMATION
General information.
Arrival:
We are delighted to welcome you between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Your room will be available from 4:00 pm.
We kindly ask you not to arrive before 4:00 pm, so that we have enough time to prepare your room for your arrival.
We would appreciate it if you could send us a text message or WhatsApp message approximately 30 minutes before your arrival. This allows us to know when to expect you and to welcome you personally.
If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know in advance. This will allow us to make sure that your arrival goes smoothly, even at a later time.
Check-out:
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am at the latest.
This gives us enough time to prepare everything calmly and carefully for our next guests.
Access to the Rooms:
All rooms are located on the first floor.
The exterior door leading to the hallway with the rooms is located right next to the car park, just a few metres away.
Your room is therefore easily and comfortably accessible, even with your luggage.
We will also be happy to help you carry your luggage to your room.
House Rules & Guidelines:
To make your stay as pleasant as possible for all our guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines:

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in the hallway.

We kindly ask you not to bring your own food or drinks.

The use of a cool box or portable fridge in the room is also not permitted.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.

From 10:30 pm onwards, we kindly ask you to respect the peace and quiet and avoid excessive noise, so that all our guests can enjoy a pleasant and restful night.
Comfort & Amenities:

Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

Each room has its own private bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and spacious rainfall shower.

Every bathroom is equipped with an electric heated towel rail.

6 towels are provided in each room: 2 small, 2 medium-sized and 2 large towels. Towels are changed every 3 days as standard.

For a relaxing time by the pool, 2 extra-large towels per room are also provided free of charge for use on the sun loungers.

A hairdryer is provided in every room.
RATES 2027 & BOOKING CONDITIONS
Room Rates:
From 1 May to 30 September: €120 / night
From 1 October to 30 April: €115 / night
The room rate: is based on 2 people per room.
A generous buffet breakfast is included.
Not included: tourist tax.
Minimum Stay:

3 nights from 1 May to 30 September

2 nights from 1 October to 30 April
A shorter stay is possible, subject to a €10 supplement per night.

For a stay with 1 person in the room, we offer a €5 discount per night on the room rate.

Payment by Bancontact, banking app or credit card is not possible. Payment can only be made in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site.

We do not offer cancellation insurance. We therefore recommend taking out your own cancellation insurance if desired.

PERLE 2b

. Window with view of the campaign.
. Separate bathroom and toilet in the room.
. Shower with rain drop.
The connecting rooms PERLE 2 and PERLE 2b are separated by a soundproof, invisible door and an extra insulating panel, ensuring no noise disturbance between the two rooms.
However, both rooms can also be booked ‘together’
as a single stay for 3 to 4 persons.
In this case, the rooms can be connected to each other if desired,
by means of a closing door.
Both rooms retain their own entrance door to the corridor.
The beds (90x200) can also be placed apart if desired.
